Lisa Jackson to Testify on Transparency Issues at House Oversight

The House Oversight Committee, chaired by Darrell Issa, left, will hold a hearing Sept 10th at 9:00 a.m. looking at ongoing compliance problems with the Federal Records Act and the Presidential Records Act. 

The hearing will feature former EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson, above right, and former Energy Department Loans Program Executive Director Jonathan Silver, both who have been challenged over transparency issues. Other testifying will include CFTC Chairman Gary Gensler, former White House Deputy Chief Technology Officer Andrew McLaughlin and Archivist of the United States David Ferriero.
