Changes at EPA's Office of Air Quality Planning & Standards

EPA Girding For Climate Combat?

EPA's Office of Air Quality Planning and Standards (OAQPS) recently announced several management changes that will help the Office better respond to its growing workload challenges.

Bill Harnett has agreed to move into the Director's office to become the Associate Director for Program Integration and International Air Quality Issues.

Anna Wood from the Office of Policy Analysis and Review in D.C. will come to OAQPS to assume the role of Acting Director of the Air Quality Policy Division.

Jeff Clark has agreed to become an Associate Director for Policy, serving in part in a Deputy role for the Office, responsible for helping in the day-to-day management of OAQPS.

Jenny Noonan has agreed to serve as the Acting Director for the Policy Analysis and Communications Staff
