PRESIDENT OBAMA'S FISCAL YEAR 2011 BUDGETPresident Obama presented a $3.8 trillion budget blueprint today that includes a $1.6 trillion deficit. He proposes to reduce deficit by imposing new fees on some large banks and by allowing some tax cuts to expire for families earning more than $250,000 a year. President Obama also proposes to freeze non-security spending for three years.
