EPA Administrator Lisa P. Jackson testified before the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee on the agency's FY 2010 Budget. Administrator Jackson stated:

We are honored to have the job of protecting human health and the environment. And, we are proud that this $10.5 billion funds investments in both our environmental and economic future."
