Cement Kiln Rule Expected

The EPA is expected to release a new rule on Cement kilns by March 31 due to a legal settlement. The rule is expected to address emissions of mercury and total hydrocarbons from kilns that are fueled by coal or other typical fuels, or what EPA has deemed to be nonhazardous waste.
